For a long time, people are always paying attention to monitoring of equipment status in iron and steel industry, automobile manufacturing , shipping , firepower in order to know about the equipment operation status and oil quality. And they did a lot of research, such as vibration, yawp, temperature, oil, sound emission and lossless detection technology, and so on. Among of these, oil monitoring analysis technology is an important one, which is fit for analysis of equipment status in liquid or semi-liquid condition.In the background of the corporation between ZHUJIANG STEEL L. T. D and GUANGZHOU MACHINE SCIENCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE, the paper researches on how to judge system health condition (equipment and oil capability) by unifying all kinds of oil monitoring index into an integrative one. The paper first introduces oil monitoring data synthetical processing technology, the development status and base analysis technology of oil monitoring analysis. And then the changing for the worse model based on hydraulic system is built, all kinds of oil monitoring indexes are unified into an integrative one , namely system integrated relative changing for the worse degree ,whose history trend curve of all of period of time and 3σ method are used to judge equipment wear status and oil capability from the qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Choosing the 1# hydraulic LP system of casting and rolling in ZHUJIANG STEEL L. T. D as the researching object, system integrated relative changing for the worse degree is gained by constructing relative changing for the worse degree through mathematical processing method, which is based on expert knowledge, oil monitoring analysis theory and practice, ZHUJIANG STEEL L.
