Mineral resources is an important raw material of industrial production,widely used in many industries such as construction,communication,transportation,aviation and so on.Almost all ores in our country need to be processed by dressing.Mineral production process is a typical process industry,with many processes,equipment complex and the characteristics of long production line.The main production equipment of mineral processing plays more and more important role in the sustainable development strategy of mineral processing enterprises.In addition,with the rapid development of informatization and industrialization,the control system and SC AD A are weakened,and the safety of industrial control system is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the monitoring of equipment running state to improve the efficiency of equipment operation and ensure the safety of equipment.At present,the existing monitoring system of mineral processing equipment lacks the visual perception monitoring of the equipment.The analysis and alarm of the monitoring video content can only be judged by the operator,and less realizes the visual perception recognition of the key parts of the equipment to automatically judge the abnormal situation in the monitoring area.The security of equipment video surveillance has a greater space for improvement.The monitoring System data collection and processing is limited to the industrial field local computer,and relies on the industrial cloud formidable storage ability and the computation ability,through realizes the cloud data service and promotes the enterprise to improve the business demand development efficiency in the future,which is the equipment safe Operation Monitoring Data Foundation.In addition,the existing monitoring system monitoring form is relatively single,monitoring the client most use configuration software or C/S architecture,and realize remote mobile monitoring of mineral processing equipment,so that staff can monitor and control equipment at anytime and anywhere,is one of the conditions to realize equipment safety monitoring.Based on the mineral processing plant's actual demand and the research platform of the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Automation of Process Industry of Northeastern University.This paper designs and develops the software of safety operation Monitoring System for mineral processing equipment.The specific research work is summarized as follows:Firstly,according to the typical beneficiation Flowsheet of concentrator and the operation status of concentrator equipment,this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies of applying the existing monitoring system to the beneficiation production enterprises.Based on the actual industrial process,the requirement analysis of the security operation Monitoring System software is made,and the challenge of design and development is put forward.Then the whole structure of the monitoring system for the safety operation of the mineral processing equipment is introduced.Secondly,according to the demand analysis and the overall structure of the system,the software Design scheme of the micro-service architecture are put forward,and the function design of the monitoring software for the safety operation of the concentrator is completed.The system function mainly includes the System software basic function module design,the system software remote mobile monitoring function design and the system software video perception monitoring function design.Moreover,according to the concrete design completes the mineral processing equipment safe operation monitoring software development.By building the cloud data collection cluster in the Industrial cloud deployment database,data is processed in the cloud,the rest Web API Data Service interface is released,and the service call is provided to the remote and mobile ports.Application of mobile-side message push technology to realize the development of alarm push function for mobile app monitoring.This paper describes the realization method of the image perception of the state of equipment,uses OpenCV to complete the function of the module,and realizes the fusion diagnosis of video data and process parameters.The RTMP streaming media server is built and the function of real-time video monitoring is realized.The interactive interface of mobile app application and Remote end Web application is developed to realize the visualization of data.Finally,the function of each module of the monitoring software for the safety operation of the mineral processing equipment is validated by the actual industry.Through testing,it is proved that the monitoring software of mineral processing equipment developed in this paper can meet the actual industrial demand of concentrator and has good application effect.
