Studies On Operation Of Thermal Stability, Foaming Of CM And Equilibrium Curing System Of NR And The Relationship Between The Properties

Thermogravimetic analysis (TG) was studied in the Chlorinated Polyethylene Rubber (CM ).The research found that TG of CM can.be divided into two kinds of reaction: degradation reaction and dehydrochlorination reaction. Dehydrochlorination reaction reached the max reaction rate at 260℃ .The max chain degradation rate can reach at 450℃.It is reavealed that the TG of CM6035 is one grade reaction. Property of aging-resistant in the thiadiazole system is the best when aging temperature is 150℃,but it is better in the peroxide system and is the worst in the thiourea system at this time.Dehydrochlorination reaction can be prevented effectively while adding stabilizer. Zinc stearate plays a part in stabilization of CM in the peroxide system. Property of aging-resistant of CM is remarkably improved in the thiadiazole system while adding calcium stearate. Property of aging-resistant of CM is remarkably improved in the thiourea system while adding epoxy resin E-44. The effect is strongest in the peroxide system when dibasic lead phosphate cooperates with zinc stearate. The effect is strongest in the thiadiazole system when zinc stearate cooperates with epoxidized soybean oil. The effect is strongest in the thiourea system when dibutyl tin dilaulate cooperates with epoxidized resin. Chain degradation reaction can be prevented effectively while adding antiager.The effect of antiager BLE is good in the peroxide system. The effect of antiager 264 is good in the thiadiazole system. The effect of antiager Ais good in the thiourea system. Property of aging-resistant is good while adding light calcium carbonate and argil. The properties of CM used epoxidized soybean oil , RS107, PS3500d, TP-759 are good . Oil resistivity of CM is good. Peroxide system's oil resistivity is best among the three systems. Oil resistivity of CM used PS3500d is good.The effect of blowing agent on the properties of CPE vulcanizates was studied. Meanwhile the blowing technics, several additives, the curing system is inquired into in this article.It shows that CM is a good blowing agent .Blowing agent H , blowing agent AC , blowing agent OBSH are desirable blowing agent ,too.Certain relationship exists between the property of the natural rubber.
