Analysis And Perfecting Of Work For Position In Sofa Manufacture

The traits in sofa manufacture include two main aspects. Handwork is dominant, and mechanization degree is low. Layout in workplace, condition of auxiliary equipment, qualities of tools and methods of operators, all of them are important factors those influence efficiency. Tools those have defects in design and worktable which are unreasonable in dimensions directly induce improper operation postures. Meanwhile they also cause work fatigue increasing while efficiency decreasing. This thesis based on industry engineering and ergonomic, analyses sofa workshop and specific position. Objects of analysis consist of respective section. Study points are different according to the trait of each section. By analysis the author acquired unreasonable factors those influence work, thereby put forward some improvement measures. The aim is to alleviate workers'fatigue and to increase efficiency. To create good work environment what can make worker operate with simplified operation methods and well postures. The analysis of workshop aims at layout and environment. The analysis of specific position put points on workers'operation methods and work postures, workspace, worktable and tools. The author applied ergonomics to analysis them and improve them. This thesis lays stress on practicality. It catches the essence of IE which is realizing the aim under condition of investing a little or less as possible. The objects concluding position ameliorating, alleviating workers'fatigue and increasing productivity is attained by taking advantage of existing condition and making a reasonable set-up in workplace. Due to all kinds of confinements, the data is not comprehensive. For example, running water assembly can not be involved. It's the author's sincere hope that this thesis can provide a thought of work improvement for sofa manufacture and the improvement measure proposed could make a substantial function in specific position improvement.
