Research On Safety Risk Management And Control Of Maintenance Work And Special Work Of Port Enterprises

The maintenance work is different from the regular operation activities.The safety risks faced during the operation change due to changes in the work environment,work contents,and tools used during each operation,and the special work are actually“high-risk operations”within the enterprise.Both of the above work are due to their own particularities and the current lack of control of their enterprises in China,resulting in frequent accidents during the above two operations.Enterprise safety management is a category of risk management.In order to effectively control the safety risks of port enterprise inspection and maintenance operations,firstly,based on the analysis of the characteristics of hazard of a bulk cargo loading and unloading terminal in P port,based on the scientific principles of risk management and system safety,FMEA and JHA are used respectively.Identify hazard of the tools/equipment and the inspection and maintenance activities involved in the inspection and maintenance work,and then formulate targeted control measures on the basis of this,so as to form a “Inspection and maintenance activity safety risk information base” and “inspection and maintenance operation use tool/equipment safety risk information base”,and In order to control the safety risks of special work,the special work of port enterprises are defined based on GB 308271-2014,and establish a ‘special work safety knowledge base' for a bulk cargo loading dock of the P port.Then,on the basis of the establishment of the “three libraries”,the corresponding educational training modules,accident potential modules,and safety communication modules are formed.In addition,in order to carry the safety and safety information and the special operation related information,the special work safety certificate and the safety confirmation card were developed.Finally,in order to enhance the storage,sharing,transmission and improvement of work efficiency and standardization management process of data information involved in inspection and maintenance and special operation safety risk management,The establishment of the“maintenance and special operations safety risk management and control information system”.
