At present, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are planted by man. This causes a problem that the contents of the bio-active components declined because the planting period is shorted. The quality of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces that made from the materials declined. This increased the medicine clinic effect's uncertainty and affected the reputation of the traditional Chinese medicine. The single traditional Chinese medicinal material inspissation particle is lack of the processing drugs and lack of boiling. This is against the traditional Chinese medicinal theory. Aimed at those problems, using Atractylodis macrocephalae Koidz. and Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm, the paper study the preparation and analytical methods of needed-reboiling inspissation traditional Chinese medicinal decoction pieces that can be made at the room temperature, can be processed, need reboiled with other medicinal material. The analytical methods of the bio-active components of Atractylodis macrocephalae Koidz, the volatile oils and polysaccharides, were established. Atractylenolide HI which was used as the designation constitute of the volatile oils was separated with the silica gel and macroporous resin HP20 column chromatography. Through single factor test and orthogonal test experiments, the extraction method of the two kind bio-active constitutes were found. The optical extraction method of the volatile oils as follows: the granularity of material 0.1mm, the extraction temperature 70℃, the extraction time 2.5h, the repetition times of extraction 2. The optical extraction method of the polysaccharides as follows: the granularity of material 0.1mm, the extraction temperature 90℃, the extraction time 1.5h, the repetition times of extraction 2.Directed by the established analytical methods of the bio-active components of Atractylodis macrocephalae Koidz., through the single factor test, orthogonal test and response surface method experiments, the preparation of the Atractylodis macrocephalae Koidz. needed-reboiling inspissation decoction pieces was get as follows: the granularity of material 0.1mm, the repetition times of ultrasonic process 3,...
