The appearance of nano-materials brings extensive attention all over the world, and the research work is developing. In the recent years, the explorations about high performance nano-materials urge us to research the preparation, structure, characters and application of nano-materials. With the tendency of the supper-microstructure of the materials, the electronic structure and microstructure of nano-materials change a lot, which leads to a series of excellent macroscopical characteristics on force, magnetism, electricity, optics, and chemistry. As a new kind of materials, nano-materials outspread wide applied foreground in the field of space navigation, electron, metallurgy, chemical engineering, biology and iatrology. So the research of nano-materials has become a hot question for discussion of material science, coacervation physics and chemistry. Since Gleiter prepared firstly nanocrystalline samples by means of IGC combining cool molding in the lab, some investigators later brought forward and developed many ways of preparations, such as mechanical milling, crystallization of amorphous solids, electrodeposition etc. The research and control of preparation technology and process have important effects on fine particles'microstructure and macroproperties. According to materiel states, there are three kinds: solid-phase method, including PVD, CVD, microwave plasma, sputtering etc; liquid-phase method, including electroless plating, sol-gel process, gel-combustion, thermal decomposition and deposition of solution, rapid solidification, electrodeposition etc; solid-phase method, including crystallization of amorphous solids, HEBM, SePD, ECAP, high-energetic particles irradiation and spark etching etc. In so many preparation methods of nano-materials, brush plating has wide applications in repairs and consolidation of machine parts.
