Research And Application Of T Seams Automatic Welding System

This paper elaborate the present situation of T seam welding and the development of welding automation technology ,regarding the actual demands of realizeing the low cost T seams automatic welding, the careful analysis thoroughly to the T seam weld crafts, and proposed in this foundation to realize the T tube automatic welding new technique,introduced this system structure composition and principle of work ,and elaborated each main part hardware control circuit and software principle of automatic seams tracking systerm and function.The T seams automatic tracking systerm is the example to the three-dimensional space, the complex curve carries on the welding automatic control . This topic work established T seams mathematical model in the fist of takeing saddle welded joint as example . And then carried on the welding organization design specifically: taking PC industrial personal computer as the host computer, choosing the PCL-839 card as control unit , completed some function such as the system function initialization, The data operation and processing, the setpping motor-driven and the trouble alarming. Finally,I adopt visualized,high efficient and great flexible Delphi 7.0, object-oriented programming environment to develop the control system.Through above various part of work, I has obtained the economy, the practical application, redundant reliable T tube automatic welding machine design proposal, and also has certain model value to other type economy numerical control system design.
