The environment and the development are the major issue which now the world all pays attention. With the development of industry, the air pollution of Jinan is becoming more serious, having already aroused the attention from different fields. It indicates that the emission of pollutant on day does not change much in Jinan, but the density of pollutant has the characteristic of obvious changing . Trace it to its cause , is mainly because of atmospheric border layers of meteorological terms and different weather system. Foundation the daily meteorological elements and the daily density of sulfur dioxide of Jinan, utilizing many kinds of statistical methods , has studied the impact on city average daily density of sulfur dioxide in Jinan and the meteorological condition . Through analysing climate and heating situation in Jinan, Set up models respectively of heating period and non-heating period . Innovation of this text is it combines one linear analyse , EOF and stepwise regression together, set up the separate statistics model between the variables, and on this basis further classify surface synoptic situations in terms of macroscopic to influence density of sulfur dioxide in Jinan . Study through this text, it can offer the basis with rational science for development of the atmosphere pollution control work and air pollution trend predict of Jinan in the future , can pollute the theory content of meteorology abundantly to some extent, study the technological thinking and method to supplement to some extent.The main conclusion of this text is as follows:(1) The trend analysis result shows: in the meteorological factors, wind speed , precipitation , temperature , sunshine time , total cloudiness and average daily density of sulfur dioxide are for being relevant; Atmospheric pressure and average daily density of sulfur dioxide are the positive correlation; The relation of relative humidity, visibility and average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide are relatively complicated; inversion and average daily density of sulfur dioxide are not obvious correlation.(2) Through relevant analyse between average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide and meteorological factors .find that heating period the remarkable meteorological factors are as follows, temperature , atmospheric pressure , windspeed , relative humidity , sunshine time; that non-heating period remarkable relevant meteorological factors are as follows, thickness of temperature , atmospheric pressure , inversion , relative humidity , visibility , precipitation.(3) Regression analyse shows : the meteorological factor that exerts largest influence on average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide in heating period is wind speed , secondly it is relative humidity and temperature; in non-heating period it is temperature, secondly is visibility , relative humidity and thickness of inversion.(4) The sample of high concentration of sulfur dioxide is amount to sixty five from 2001 to 2003, low concentration is one hundred and twenty six . Adopting K-MEANS cluster analytical method, combining high altitude and surface weather situation in Jinan , this text sums up four surface weather situations of high concentration and three ones of low concentration altogether. The surface weather situations of the high concentration is topographical trough of North China, high-pressure bottom , cold front front part , high-pressure edge; The surface weather situations of the low concentration is cold front rear , high-pressure front part , low-voltage front part of Hetao. In four kinds of high concentration weather situations, frequency of the high-pressure edge type is the highest, it is forty seven point seven percent of the total amount of samples, secondly it is the topographical trough of North China type; three low concentration among the weather situations , frequency of cold front rear type is the highest, it is sixty six point seven percent of the total amount of samples, secondly it is the anterior type of high pressure . The average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide corresponding the topographical trough of North China type is most high among them, and average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide corresponding three low concentration weather situations is all 0. 009 mg/m3.
