Based on detailed analysis of the geological and mining conditions of ZhaoPo coal mine ,the paper firstly performed study on laneway wall-rock stress and timbering mechanism and observation about combined exploitation supporting stress in the very close quarters coal seam ,and then using the FLAC3D program which can describe the geometrical non-linear big deformation characters of rock mass, performed numerical simulation research, and elastic-plasticity and viscidity-elasticity analysis on the deformation characters and stress of the laneways under the conditions of single excavation and opening working face and of ally exploitation laneways in the very close quarters coal seam .According to the analytic solution and numerical simulation result ,the paper drew the conclusion that the wider of the pillar the larger of the laneway stress, and under this geological condition the 3m of pillars measure of exploitation laneways is more agree with the project practice .In addition ,the accumulation of the laneway wall displacement not only relates to the stress condition of the wall and the time ,changed with the stress of laneway at same ratio ,and relates to the elastic and viscidity modulus ,decreased with the increase of the elastic and viscidity modulus. Therefore, creeping phenomena of the laneway wall should be concerned sufficiently ,laneway timbering under high ground stress must be in time ,and analytic solution and numerical simulation should be conducted at the same time in the project practice ,to check up each other and complement each other ,so as to ensure the stability of the laneway and safety production and enhance the society economy benefit of the mine.
