Considering the more conformability the more consistance, this article uses quaternary salt (Hy-quaternary salt) with epoxy groups to intercalate montmorillonite to get a new organic montmorillonite(Hy-clay) and characterize it and research its application in epoxy resin coating.The main content and results are below:Use quaternary salt(Hy-quaternary salt) with epoxy groups as intercalation guest to intercalate montmorillonite to get a new organic montmorillonite(Hy-clay) and characterize it with FTIR and XRD.Its interlayer distance increases from 1.4700nm to 4.1848nm,select s suitable solvent to make it exfoliate.Design an epoxy resin anticorrosive coating formula ,research the influence on the properties of epoxy resin coating of exfoliated organic montmorillonite (Hy-clay): after adding organic montmorillonite ,its viscosity enhances a time ; the film's impact strength resistance is enhanced by 25%, flexibility by 50%, acid resistance by 30%, alkali resistance by 133%, salt mist resistance by about 100% .The film can still maintain excellent adhesion and anti rubbing ,its endurance temperature increases from 80°C to 150°C.Research the influence on the properties of the epoxy resin coating...
