LiCl-H2O solution absorption dehumidification system can save electricity power, utilizes the low-grade heat and provides high quality air. So it is a new commercioganic air-condition mode in view of protecting environment and saving energy. This paper is on the basis of evaluating four kinds of dehumidification that include cooling, condensation, adsorption and absorption and analyzing the development about the absorption dehumidification field of inland and outland. There has a research project that aims at building up an experimental equipment of LiCl solution absorption dehumidification system driven by low-grade heat. It includes the option of a better dehumidizer, sets up experimental device, develops the experiment testing, puts up the system computer simulation, studies the actual operating parameter and the performance of heat transfer and mass transfer and the whole system characteristic.By the experiment studying, LiCl solution is selected as a better dehumidizer in general and its physical properties are related. Through analyzing the theory of dehumidification, designing the equipment structural and simulating the system by ASPEN, there develop the vertical fall film absorption experiment that LiCl solution is the work medium and its mass fraction is from 35% to 45% in the normal temperature. And there develop the regeneration experiment that adopts the metal corrugated plate structured packing in the condition of LiCl solution flux range from 30 to 60 litre per hour and the regeneration temperature range from 37.3 to 82.0℃.The results of the absorption experiment show that the device can make the comparative humidity of the air fall from 15% to 25% when liquid-gas ratio is from 0.35 to 0.5 and the mass fraction is 40% at the beginning of LiCl solution. When the...
