Absorption is a process that is separate the gaseous mixture by selective dissolving according to gaseous mixture in different solvents have different solubility. It's also an important unit operation of mass transferring. Now absorption is widely used on treating wasted gas for environmental prevent and chemical industry, oil industry, medication industry, agriculture chemical industry, energy industry and so on .Gas absorption is usually divined into physical absorption and chemical absorption. And the level of the absorption is related to the solubility of gaseous mixture in the corresponding liquids. However, some of absorption process spontaneously accompany with thermal effects, specially in chemical absorption .As that the thin solvent absorbs a mass of gas become think. The effect that the temperature of absorption makes can't be neglected, because the temperature goes up, it will make the equilibrium line moves up, and the drive force of absorption go down, it also increase the adverse force of diffusion, all the total effects will result in lowing the efficiency absorption equipment, even come up with desorption.There're two common absorption equipments used in industry, they are packed column and plate tower. Today the rapid development of process industry leads to the exploration of new-types-, highly- efficient packed column and plate column. Certainly the combination of two types of columns are designed to strengthen the material transferring of gas-liquid, improve the absorption efficiency and the absorption flux both of which have been in purpose of material and thermal transfers.In this paper, Internal Cycling Cooling Absorption Equipment is researched intheoretical region. It is a new high ..effective absorber designed by Chemical Equipment Research Institute of Zhenzhou University. This construction of the equipment is composed of squirrel-cage cooling system and tubular inner component that is strengthened by technology of Static Fluid Mixer. In operation, Density variation of solution result in natural circuit in the equipment. At the same time, as the dissection of the Static Fluid Mixer, mass transfer area of gas and liquid is enlarged, bounding layer of gas and liquid is broken andrefreshed. The staying time of absorbent in the equipment can be control and elongated according to requirement of operation. Heat of formation can be moved on time by use of cooling system, and the absorption can be proceeded on isothermal condition, so the efficiency of absorption can be increase validly. patent has been gained for this design, (the patent number: ZL94206339.2) and obtained the support of ISTPF of Ministry of Chemical Industry.The theoretical research of Internal Cycling Cooling Absorption include experiment of fluid dynamics at lab and development of industrial test unit .The experiment of fluid dynamics contain the control and simulation of internal cycling flow condition and distributing state of different concentration solute in test equipment. Hydrochloric acid of different flux and concentration absorb ammonia of different flux and concentration, absorption solution of different pH value is obtained and colored by developer of pH value. The results show that the optimal conditions for the experiment are: the fluid flow rate: 1.17 X 10-5m3/h; the air flow rate: 353-488 m3/h; concentration of ammonia: 0.076-0.12mol/L; concentration of Hydrochloric acid: 0.008~0.012mol/L. then the graph of flow condition and absorption condition in test equipment can be gained.Experiment of industrial test unit is proceeded by solved the problem of nitrogen of constant pressure recycling in fixed nitrogen system and problem of water balance in the carburizing system. The test result obtained indicate that the normal operation conditions of internal cycling cooling absorption industrial test equipment concordance in experiment result, and it can obviously solve the problem of nitrogen of constant pressure recycling in fixed nitrogen system and problem of water balance in the carburizing...
