In-situ modified nanoparticles In and Cu with suit surface-modification agent which came into being assembled materials were successfully prepared by the method which is Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid(PLA — IT/SFL).First of all, in this paper the modified nanoparticles In with op surfactant were continuously prepared by pulsed laser ablation. .It was found that op agent molecules linkaged with nanoparticles In; the UV-Vis and Fluorescence showed that the nanoparticles In have strong absorption peaks and strong emitting fluorescence peaks.we observed the lattic arrangements with HRTEM.NanoparticIes In disperse from sphere pattern to rod pattern.with op agent molecules changed assembles.Then, the modified nanoparticles Cu with rubeane agent were continuously prepared and were discussed by FT-IR, UV-Vis, Fluorescence, TEM, HRTEM ,TG-DSC and XPS. It showed that Cu(II) exist in modified nanoparticles Cu and S was coordinat with Cu.At last .the modified nanoparticles Cu with hexamine agent were repared and were discussed by FT-IR, UV-Vis, Fluorescence, TEM, and HRTEM. It showed that modified nanoparticles Cu come into being a rod pattern and have lattic arrangements.
