Sp3 nano carbon clusters were successfully prepared and self-assemble in micelle by a novel method of Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid (PLA-IT/SFL). The sp3 nano carbon clusters were characterized in detail by TEM, UV-Vis, FT-IR, Fluorescence spectrum. All results indicated that the appearance and characterization of carbon particles were greatly affected with the composition of micelle.Sols and Composite films of nano carbon / poly(methyl methacrylate) were successfully prepared by a novel method of Pulsed Laser Ablation at the Interface of Target Submerged in Flowing Liquid (PLA-IT/SFL). The weight percentages of the nano carbon in Composite materials were calculated by a weight dispersion method. And the sols and Composite films were characterized in detail by TEM, UV-Vis, FT-IR, Fluorescence spectrum, XRD, DMTA, TG and DSC. All results indicated that the characterization of poly(methyl methacrylate) was greatly affected with the addition of nano carbon.
