In view of the characters during the manipulation of fresh leaves of Oolong tea, such as influenced by so many factors, indefinite, the close coupling, difficult to control, we developed a intelligent control system for manipulation of fresh leaves of Oolong tea, by computer technology, the sensor technology, the expert database technology as well as the fuzzy control technology, this intelligent control system include the communication, the fuzzy control, the database administration, the demonstration output, the control pattern of this system is 'SCC+DCC'.The lower microprocessor mainly completed the on-line real-time gathering, LED demonstration, serial communication and output control during the manipulation of fresh leaves, and so on; The upper microprocessor mainly completed makes the monitoring, the real-time demonstration of data, the management of data, the setting of parameter, the serial communication, the intelligent decision-making, the human computer interaction, and so forth.Using the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the CO2 sensor as well as the electronic scale, gathered the following four factors—the temperature, the relative humidity, the content of CO2, the reduction rate of fresh leaves, made the environmental monitoring of manipulation of fresh leaves more comprehensive. And taking the reduction rate of fresh leaves as the important information for the closed-loop control of manipulation of leaves machine, caused the control to be suite for the actual situation of the object under the control.We constructed the expert database for manipulation of fresh leaves, and named the field name for the influent factor during each manipulation of fresh leaves stage. The expert database could be suit for the different species, the different rank of fresh leaves, the different climate as well as the different interval of picking preliminarily, so it would make the expert fuzzy control...
