Research On The Flower Preparing System For Embedded Automatic Flat Knitting Machine

Automatic flat knitting machine is a kind of knitting machine with many functions. We can knit figured texture weave, tucking texture and all kinds of barring-on texture by using it. So the machine has many controlling assemblies such as needle selecting, triangle changing, density adjusting, needle bed moving, thread-carrier changing etc. Every assembly need change its work condition in time during knitting. It will be a hard work if we only use the keyboard manually to input the signals. So the flower preparing system is necessary for automatic knitting machine. Designing and developing the flower preparing system which can provide the function of designing and organizing controlling data is the main task of the dissertation.The main content of the dissertation lies on the two aspects. The one is research on knitting process, the other is design and development of the flower preparing system.In chapter 1, the existed conditions of knitting industry are introduced, and the overseas and domestic flower preparing systems are compared. Also some related knowledge background is stated. Finally, the main task of the dissertation is proposed according to the above content.In chapter 2, knitting process of flat knitting machine is introduced. Firstly the author introduces the flower preparing system. Secondly the form basal tissue of knit goods is stated. Thirdly the theory and process of needle selection is presented. Finally the moving track of selected needle in the cam is introduced, which takes great effects on the quality of the knit goods directly.In chapter 3, it is the system analysis of automatic flat knitting machine. The emphasis of the chapter is put on the hardware structure, functional requirement analysis and software level analysis of flower preparing system.In chapter 4, it is the software programming of flower preparing system based on Objected-Oriented language. From the point view of 0-0 technology, the chapter states the object modeling, script programming, and function module of flower preparing system. Finally the interface of the software is presented.In chapter 5, it is the test of controlling data made by the flower preparing system and test of software of flower preparing system. The basic method of test of software is introduced.In chapter 6, it is the summary of the dissertation and the development trends of flower preparing system are stated.
