Design And Study Of YZA1200-N V-Press

V-press is a continuum dewatering equipment. It's features are steady pressure, high efficiency, low consumption, without kneading the raw material, long product life, small installation area and so on. the existed problems of V-press are the leakage of the seal for the rear-end bearing and the failures of the infinitely variable speed transmitter. As well as service life of bearing is short. at first, In this paper the structure of V-press is improved, the following works are mainly concerned:(1) To modify the seal construction for the rear-end bearing. After analyzing two improved schemes of the seal construction for the rear-end bearing, the seal ring combination of V_D-ring and O-ring is adopted. In this scheme, the using condition of seal ring is improved, the effect of the seal ring is more credible.(2) Inverter replaces the inifinitely variable speed mechanical transmitter. The mechanical transmission device is predigested, failure of machine is debased. As well as the rotate speed of V-press is adjusted conveniently for improving the dewater effect of V-press and heightening throughput of machine.(3) The tapered roller bearing replaces axial thrust ball bearing.To meet the need of large-scale production , the YZA1200-N V-press was developed base on the YAZ750-N V-press, in this paper, main design content includes craft calculating, designing of the general outfit, pressing parts, transmission system, machine frame, hydraulic system , screw feed system and so on. After the development of YZA1200-N V-press, the capability and the performance V-press will be improved greatly, V-press will be better used in pulp and paper industry for extracting black liquor. It makes the V-press used in more other industries.
