In recent years,with the rapid development of China's industrial economy,our living environment is suffering from water pollution in different degrees,which seriously affects the quality of people's life.Water pollution mainly comes from domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.Therefore,it is an important environmental protection measure to treat sewage strictly and discharge it after meeting relevant standards.According to the investigation,it is found that as an environmental protection equipment,the filter press has a good effect on the treatment of sewage.However,in the process of sludge filtration and dehydration treatment,most of the common filter press adopts the control method of a setting fixed time,so it is impossible to improve the efficiency of sewage filtration and dehydration of sludge with high dryness simultaneously.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a high-dryness filter press control system according to the working characteristics of the filter press,based on the background of the R&D project of intelligent and efficient solid-liquid separation environmental protection equipment of Jiangsu Fiold Special Equipment Co.,Ltd,realizing the automatic solid-liquid separation of sewage through the detection of the water output,and dehydrating the separated solids at high dryness,which helps to achieve the goals of purifying sewage,protect the environment,reuse resources,promote energy conservation and emission reduction.The high-dryness filter press system designed in this paper selects the microcontroller STM32F03RCT6 as the main control chip of the system and designs the software and hardware of the system based on the FreeRTOS real-time operating system.The hardware system design mainly includes circuit design and functional module design.The circuit design mainly includes the design of power circuit and main control circuit;the functional module design includes valve control,flow detection,position detection,hydraulic pressure detection,display module,communication module and motor protection.In this paper,Firstly,the design task of the software system is partitioned according to system functions.Task scheduling is accomplished through the FreeRTOS real-time operating system.The communication mechanism between tasks and tasks,tasks and interrupts is designed.Then the flow detection,data communication and LCD display and other application are designed.The main control system reads the flow information through RS-485,adopts the moving average filtering algorithm to process the interference data,and after analyzing and verifying the data,the flow detection program and the related electric valve control program are designed.Through the threshold control algorithm,the filtering and dehydration actions are controlled.This system uses NB-Iot-based internet of things communication to achieve data communication between the terminal and the cloud.Through the design of the VGUS serial configuration screen,the human-computer interaction function is completed.This article builds operating environment of the system,and conducts detailed tests on the performance of system filtration,dehydration,communication function,control function and so on.The test results are good and the expected design effect is achieved.Therefore,the control system for high dryness filter press designed in this paper has a good value of popularization and application in sewage treatment.
