The paper considers that it is advantageous of the quality about card sliver and yarn quality by fixing back stationary flat and webclean ,also that the air flow between cyclinder and back coving baffle belongs to current flow at an angle baffle ,because the gauge of entrance is larg and the gauge of exit is small ,the pressure of the exit is little greater than atmospheric pressure ,according to the theory of air flow ,the pressure may be the maximum approaching the exit in the pipeline ,then it is directly affected by the limit-layer condition, so all the question are explained such as situation about fixing webclean , situation about fixing back stationary flat , advisable design between back stationary flat and webclean and so on .later through the discussion about the result of the experiment ,hereinafter conclusion is gotten : (1) the webclean is fixed in the different place of back coving baffle in the carding machine ,then the effect of the quality of card sliver and yarn quality is also different ,in this experimental condition ,it is better that the webclean is fixed in the front of the stationary flat and the better flow of air is 180m~3/h. (2) fixing back stationary flat could be replaced with only fixing webclean, but demanding craft parameter must be reasonable ,in particular the flow of air is important, in this experimental condition, the better flow of air is 240m~3/h.
