Carding machine is the top priority in the textile process.The quality of the carding machine directly affects the subsequent work and the effect of the final yarn.Among them,the barbed roller area,which accounts for 60% of the card's overall impurity removal rate,is particularly important.The spur roller area includes cotton feed rollers,cotton feed plates,spur rollers,dust-removing knives,lower hood plates,upper deflation hoods and other components,which belong to a more complicated system in the carding machine system.At present,domestic and foreign mainstream carding machines mostly adopt the forward feeding configuration and single spur roller structure.This structural feature has limitations in removing impurities and carding,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the carding machine to continue to increase production.Therefore,searching for a configuration method that meets the requirements of high-yield carding machines for high impurity removal can meet the requirements of high-yield,high-quality and high impurity removal of carding machines;reduce the unnecessary cost of enterprises;improve the production efficiency and efficiency of enterprises;increase the spur roller area work efficiency.The purpose of this research is:(1)to explore the differences between the main thorn roller area configuration;(2)to analyze the differences between the forward feeding and the reverse feeding in the yarn quality;(3)to prove the influence of different output on the yarn quality;(4)to analyze the movement of air flow in the carding machine and the corresponding air pressure distribution;(5)to analyze the better development direction of the thorn roller area.The main contents of this project are:(1)analyze the development trend of high-yield carding machine;(2)analyze the main research contents and existing problems in the roller area,and analyze the general direction of the roller research in the future;(3)analyze the movement process of single roller,double roller and three roller And the problems that will occur,focusing on the analysis of the shape of the thorn roller and the selection of the feeding roller;(4)study the influence of the output on the yarn quality,the difference between the forward feeding and the reverse feeding on the yarn;(5)use the air flow related knowledge and software to analyze the air flow movement of each part of the thorn roller area.The research results of this project are as follows:(1)under the given experimental conditions,the yarn quality of high-yield carding machine with reverse feeding is better than that with forward feeding;(2)the output has a certain influence on the yarn quality.In the production of 18.2 tex yarn,32 kg / h of yarn quality is the best;(3)the application of FLUENT software proves that the necessity of the air release cover of the thorn roller and the air pressure of reverse feeding are better than that of forward feeding.
