With developing a cyclic economy and establishing a cyclic society being a approach to promoting the stratagem of sustainable development in China, comprehensive utilizing of resources promotes vigorously, and the researches on the MSW combustion go deep. Because of the complexity of components, the pretreatment of MSW implement incompletely, and the deposit can't take vent completely in ordinary CFBC. The paper gets the content of ash, moisture, volatilization, carbon, heat value ,elements and thermogravimetry by analyzing of MSW. Then discuss the combustion character. The results show that MSW have high content of volatiles and low heat value, and the heat value of MSW is much lower than that of coal. For different components, plastic and fabric are pyrolyzed fleetly. Food wastes having a little volatilization aren't pyrolyzed easily because of their lower exponent of pyrolysis characteristic. Compared with industrial incinerator, the paper gained the structure and parameters that need to be improved in the design of MSW CFBC. Basing on the specific property of MSW, An incinerator is designed and is used to investigate and verify the character of MSW combustion, residue vent and gas ejection in the factual process. According to the designed incinerator, the flow field in the incinerator is simulated, after proper simplification. The results show that distributors'setting slantways influences the flow field in the dense phase zone greatly, and air speed ranges between 1.5to 2m/s in the burner. In addition, the layered character of MSW particles is obvious in CFB. For different size but same density particles, the minor diameter particles would be clustered at the top of incinerator, and the major diameter particles would be clustered at the bottom of incinerator. The layered character is became weak with the increase of the air velocity exceeds 2.5 m/s. For same size but different density particles, small density particles would be clustered at the top of incinerator, and the big density particles would be clustered at the bottom of incinerator. The layered character is more obvious with the greater different density. The paper lays a foundation for further research of MSW clean combustion technology. It has Significant referenced value.
