Oil ï¹ gas drilling is a system engineering with multi-work, multi-working procedure, mutual chiasma and busywork in series, and it is also coverted greatly. There are so many unsafe factors during the drilling procedure due to these traits as before. If these are not kept away, there will be prone to accident so that will be harm to people and be damnous to national property. But as the complexity and randomicity of the risk on oilï¹ gas drilling, it is very difficult to measure it so that it is published seldom about the safe assessment of oilï¹ gas drilling. Aiming at the dangers and drilling accidents of the oilï¹ gas drilling system which probably occurred, especially in infixing and consummating process, and on the base of safe system engineering, safe management engineering and safe assessment, this paper builds a new safe assessment model of land oilï¹ gas drilling system. The model divides the risk of spontaneous combustion into two parts, the probability and the severity. It introduces Fuzzy Logic method to build Fuzzy subjection unction to define those factors. And it uses AHP and the advices of experts to measure the weight of the factors, and caculates the value using MATLAB program. The branch result can be synthesized, thus the drilling system can be evaluated scientificaly. Finally, the paper table a proposal to keep the accidents away. It can be indicated that this model can be applied in pre-safe assessment and actuality safe assessment and different module can be combinated, so that can meet different assessment request. Though the assessment method in this paper is a primary exploration for safe assessment on oilï¹ gas drilling, it provides the direction of study on safe management of oilï¹ gas drilling. To some extent, it provides the decision-making gist to manage oilï¹ gas exploitation scientifically and systemically.
