Inorganic microporous materials have popular application in catalysis, adsorption, ion-exchange, separation and host-guest assemblies due to their unique pore architectures. And the rational design and synthesis of new microporous compounds, as well as the development of new synthetic ways are becoming the topics of microporous chemistry. In the last decade, the synthesis of new materials that might combine the nanoporosity of zeolites with the magnetic and optical properties, electronic conductivity and ferrodlectricity of transition metal phosphates such as TiPOs, VPOs, FePOs, ZnPOs and CoPOs have been reported in the literature. Many of these materials exhibit unique structures and may have potential applications in catalysis and magnetic field. In addition to phosphates, open framework metal arsenates, phosphite, selenite, germinates, sulfates and carbonate have also been reported in the literature. The successful syntheses of these new compounds with open-framework open a new field for the microporous compounds.The goal of this work is to synthesis and preparation of metal phosphates continuously and systematically by hydrothermal and solvothermal routes. And also to explore the synthesis of coordination polymers.A novel zinc phosphate ZnHPC>4 has been synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis. The crystallographic data of the compound is a = 4.6251(14) A, b = 13.608(4) A, c = 5.8284(18) A, J3= 98.752(5)°, V= 362.56(19) A3, space group: Monoclinic, P2\/c, Z=2O The 2 D layer framework structure of ZnHPO4 is built from the strictly alternating ZnO5 square pyramid and HPO4 tetrahedron that are linked through their vertices. The layers are connected by H bond.Using hydrothermal synthesis method, transitional metal vanadium atom which have special reaction activity, alterable bond value and various structural group as framework element, we synthesize one new composition and structure of 2D layer openframework vanadium phosphate (H2NC4H8NH2) [(VO) 2^04)2] ? The crystallographic data of the compound is a = 8.7904(4) A, b = 8.2700(3) A, c = 8.5570(3) A, ^=111.1420(14)°, V= 580.19(4) A3, space group: Monoclinic, Z = 2. The compound has the same character-the bond values of vanadium atoms of framework are quadrivalence. The 2 D layer framework structure of (H2NC4H8NH2) [(VO) 2^04)2] is built from the strictly alternating VO5 triangular bipyramidal geometry and PO4 tetrahedron. The Piperidine counter ions interact with the inorganic layers through O (inorganic layer)-H-N (counter ion) hydrogen bonds. All the N-H bonds of the counter ions involved in the hydrogen bonds with the terminal oxygen atoms form a kind of 2D structure.Under hydrothermal conditions using imidazole as a ligand, we synthesize a 3 D open framework coordination polymers Zn2 (C3H3N2)4 For this compound, Zn atom infinitely interacted with imidazoles to form a 3 D open framework Zn2 (C3H3N2)4 through covalent bond.
