The Eco-Agriculture construction include models of "Four in One","Five in One "etc.which use the biogas technology as a link .Anaerobic digestion plays the bridge and tie part during the process of the matter circulation and energy exchange of this artificial ecology system Anaerobic digestion process has benefits of energy,economy,ecology and environment protection, it is used in waste treating of animals and vegetable, widely. Anaerobic digestion processing is influenced by bacteria,protozoan and epiphyte etc. Its reactive mechanism is complex. Whether we can control every parameter of reactive process or not, it will affect the utilizing rate of material and firedamp content. Therefore, we must study it, seek optimal ferment process and parameter and offer science reference for the utilization of the waste of animals and vegetation. The domesticated sludge is loosen,floccules and black through domesticating under usual temperature condition and last 30 days .By elector microscope, it can be seen that the sludge surface has many interspaces and holes; bacterial shape is bacilliform and ellipsoid; the quantity of bacteria has increased; the adaptability has built up. The domesticated sludge become super-bacteria of anaerobic digestion process, its propensity is in accordance with material feature. The single-phase batches anaerobic digestion experiments for cow waste,pig waste and sheep waste have been performed at 30±1℃constant temperature condition. The result shows that the sheep waste and cow waste have high gas yield ,high CH4 content and produce gas last long than the pig waste .The pig waste has high H2S content ,short produce-gas time,unstable reactive process in anaerobic digestion process. Reach a conclusion by inquiring into the anaerobic digestion theory. The result show : the main factors that influence anaerobic digestion are fermentation raw material composition,liquid concentration and fermentation temtrature . Then ,reach the experiment conclusion though compared the gas yield,CH4 content and other fermentation parameters, support for the "Five in One"model Eco-Agriculture construction which use the biogas as the link ,so as to serve for the agricultural production better. XinJiang as a nation area , cows ,horses and sheep are mostly raising in farms and pasture lands .They are big ,high and eat more , the most important thing is that heir dung are rich in fibre and other coarse matter. While in the "Four in One"model , they are feeding pigs in contrast to the cow .According to this ,explore the "Five in One"model preliminary through studying the biogas Eco-Agriculture construction models out of XinJing along with combing the special condition and reality problems of XinJiang. This model based on "Four in One"model ,add the green forages pool , resolve the coldness of winter and lack of forages problems .It has definite popularise value in xinJiang.
