Development And Environment Problem In The Perspective Of Sustainable Development View

Environment deteriorate is the result of the action which the human was acting with the guidance of traditional development theory, they don't act on the rule of natural balance. The human must accord with the natural system when they were making up the civilization of contemporary matter, or else they will encounter the repay from the nature. Some have taken place, others is facing the latent crisis. The paper, on the instruct of sustainable development view, discuss the problem of development with environment, so that we can harmonize human with nature and deal with correctly economic building and population explosion with resource utilization and environment protection, the whole society will make up to the road of production development, life affluence subsequently.In this paper, following the rules of carrying on the previous good research results and creativity, the author summarizes and synthesizes results of previous researchers, and arranges the content of this paper from the angle of theory and practice at the same time. In the first part, this paper demonstrates that the human are facing environmental problem and its reason; presents that the underlying cause is traditional development theory.In the second part, this paper presents the origin and connotation of the concept "sustainable development view"; discusses the problem of development with environment and deals with it.In the third part, this paper analyses the problem of development with environment, which is facing in coal industry in Shanxi and as a lesson, we should make scientific development theory prolific gradually.
