Synthesis Of Some Heterocycles Containing 1,2,3-Triazole

Heterocycles as 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines, imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and hydrazines containing thiazole ring, have received considerable attention over the past years due to their wide range of versatile, significant bioactivities and pharmalogical activities as antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, anticonvulsant, analgisic, anticancer, antiulcer, anti-tuberculosis etc. Furthermore, 1,2,3-triazole, 1,2,4-triazole, thiazole derivatives show wide bioactivities and pharmalogical activities as antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, anticonvulsant, analgisic, etc. It has been shown in recent research, that with introduction of 1,2,3-triazole, 1,2,4-triazole, thiazole rings into some active molecules, the new compounds show wide applicative prospect . Therefore, we expect to realize reinforcement of physiological activities by means of combining 1,2,3-triazole, 1,2,4-triazole, thiazole rings with 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines, imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and hydrazines. It extended the research field of such compounds and provided abundant leading compounds for later selecting work of effective drugs. This thesis consists of two major parts: The first part is about literature review. The progress in application and synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines, imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and hydrazines; the development in the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines, imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and hydrazines derivatives. The second part is about experimental content. Major work as follows: 1 Synthesis and characterization of some new 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines.
