Finding new drugs is an important part of the initiatives taken by researchers in chemistry and health care. Drug discoveries require the iterative synthesis, along with structural studies, of numerous individual analogues of biologically and medicinally active compounds. Most biologically active compounds are heterocyclic organic compounds, which have a ring structure containing atoms such as sulfur, oxygen, or nitrogen in addition to carbon, as part of the ring. Over half of all known compounds and large number of pharmaceutical products are heterocyclic in nature.Recent studies show that many sorts of heterocyclic compounds containing the rings system of triazole, isoxazole, thiadiazole, thiadiazine and oxadiazole have a wide range of biological activities. They have the physiological activities of anticancer, antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet, used as antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drugs, and take positive effect on regulating blood sugar and fat metabolism. Thus, it seemed of interest to combine various heterocyclic rings in a single molecule, and can be expected to be acclivities superposition, improve the functions of some drugs obviously.The present literatures revealed that some compounds containing 1,2,3-triazole and oxadiazole rings, or 1,2,3-triadiazole, 1,2,4-triazole and thiadiazole ring, or isoxazole and thiadiazine rings in one molecule have been synthesized. To our knowledge, not much have been mentioned in the synthesis of compounds containing 1,2,3-triazolyl and isoxazolyl in a single molecule. We designed isoxazolyl formyl hydrazine containing phenyl triazole ring as an intermediate, and synthesized five now series heterocyclic compounds, 1,2,4-triazle Mannich bases, 1,3,4-oxadiazole Mannich bases, oxadiazolines, 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]1,3,4-thiadiazines, 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]1,3,4-thiadiazoles, in which 1,2,3-triazolyl and isoxazolyl have been united.
