With the rapid development of petroleum industry , crude oil and finished product oil'transport quantity have been raising increasingly .The application of DRA can lower the friction resistance of conduits, increase the transport quantity ,economize the energy and the equipments investment, Accelerate the development and the exploitation of crude oil. DRA is the additive .It can decrease the consume of energy on the turbulent flow ,as a result, the fluid resistance can be decreased , the discharge and current velocity can be increased .The phenomenon of inside flow to reduce be applied widely in the Fire control , military ,water conservancy , the oil transports realm ,which have obtain the good result. For the crude oil etc hydrocarbon fluid , high molecular polymers as dray reduction agents have a high efficiently in dray reduction .Currently ,the research target of this realm is raising the drag reduction efficiency , at the same time ,is increasing its anti-to shear function and lower the usage cost as far as possible. In this paper , the author briefly introduces the polymerization method of drag reduction agent and the mechanism of drag reduction .Moreover ,the author introduces the apparatus and process of small experiment. The most important part of this paper discuss how to valuate the DRA' s anti-to shear property . First , the author make use of the indoor simulative loop evaluate the principle according to the device by oneself design , to evaluation the function of DRA. Second , the author measured the DRA by synthesized through small scaled experiment and middling experiment and evaluate their comprehensive function . The test result have shown that comprehensive evaluation of DRA not only consider the drag reduction efficiency ,but also should consider the long pull to transport problem .At the same time , we still need to consider shear degradation , Reynolds number, turbulent flow shears to slice the velocity is two different factors that affect the anti-to shear function. Through this device experiment , we have obtained the result of the metered examination and parallel contrasts of Sample function can provide the valid reference for the reality pipe application .
