In this paper, based on the large number of experiments, (1) the drag reduction efficiency of the polymer drag reduction agent synthesized under Different Conditions was studied, furthermore the influences of the transportation pressure and concentration of Additive on the drag reduction efficiency of the same polymer sample were investigated; (2) the drag reduction efficiency of the samples, which were synthesized in the different methods, were studied too, the results showed that the drag reduction efficiency of the sample synthesized the solution polymerization was the best; (3) The shear degradation of the Polymer drag reduction agent was investigated, the concentration of addictives and the molecular weight were the most important factors under the same to transport conditions; (4) The effects of transport fluids which has different viscidities on the same polymer were examed; (5) Finally, The washing method of the loop evaluation apparatus was introduced, the washing of the loop evaluation apparatus can make the system partly resume. The research work in this paper can offer the effective basis for the practical application.
