In this paper,by inverse suspension polymerization dispersion polymerization,use Span80,Span85 as stabilizer,acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)as a main monomer,under certain conditions,synthesizedr drag reduction agent(DRA)polymer emulsion.Experimental study of the water ratio,the amount of dispersant,HLB value,causing the temperature of the aqueous phase PH value,EDTA·2Na amount,the amount of urea,initiator concentration,reaction time,the degree of ionic monomer content of the polymer viscosity characteristics drag reduction agent;the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of DRA are: water ratio of 3: 7,the dispersant content of 3.6%,HLB value of 3.5,causing the temperature of 5 ?,the aqueous phase PH value of 6.0,EDTA·2Na dosage of 30 mg·kg-1,VA-044 content of 40 mg·kg-1,the amount of urea is 60 mg · kg-1,the amount of initiator is 40 mg · kg-1,ion degree of 35%,the monomer concentration of 44%.Intrinsic viscosity of the polymer obtained 20.5 dL·g-1.And in adding an appropriate amount of crosslinking agent synthesized a low degree of crosslinking of the polymer.Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy characterize the mechanism of polymer DRA,results showed that the molecular chain is composed of acrylamide and acrylic acid;Characterized by the TGA instrumentation thermal stability of polymer DRA,the results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the polymer drag reducing agent is at about 180 ?.By six-speed rotational viscometer ionic,molecular weight and HLB value of the inverted polymer dissolved affect the performance of the polymer emulsion obtained ion higher after reverse HLB value of 7.5,the molecular weight is smaller dissolution properties of polymer emulsion is preferably within 8min substantially completely dissolved;by rotating rheometer rheological properties of dilute solution of polymer DRA,DRA dilute solution of polymer obtained belong viscoelasticity fluid,capable of storing whirlpool capabilities,and DRA solution exhibited good resistance to temperature shear properties.Loop through the indoor simulation experiment to test the performance drag DRA solution,the best and most economical concentrations in the turbulent state of a dilute solution of polymer DRA was 0.1%;temperature at 10 ? more is better,but not too high temperature,high temperature polymers susceptible to degradation;affect molecular weight polymers of the most significant drag reduction,drag reduction rate is as increased as the molecular weight of the polymer increases;low degree of crosslinking drag reducing polymer performance is not ideal,so it should not be used alone;laboratory synthesis of high performance drag reducing polymer emulsion DRA is significantly higher than other types of DRA maximum drag reduction efficiency,it can reach 69.9%.
