This text based on the condition of 3407 working face of LiYan mining industry limited Company. Adopt the advanced MTS815 rock servo system of the world. Do uneasily, three axis rock mechanics nature experimentation with 3 layer coal and the thin sandstone of its floor of 3407 working face, and get the rock mechanics nature parameter. On this basis, adopt theory of mechanics analyze anchor firm mechanism of working face laneway wall rock. Adopt the advanced FLAC numerical value calculate software, analyze and optimize the bolt support of 3407 full mechanize caving working face. Studies have shown: Along with the increase of the surrounding press, the elastic mould amount, intensity of limit, remaining intensity of the coal rock body increase and at the same time. In the effect of high surrounding press, though the coal body has appeared relatively evidence out of shape after destroying, but still have higher remnants intensity; On one hand improve the receiving strength state of surrounding rock through its axial function, It make surrounding rock receiving strength state transform from one-way , two-way to two-way, three-way, On the other hand. Prevent surrounding rock crack and other weak face from relative motion, greatly raise comprehensive intensity of anchor firm coal body. As studied above and combine with the locale press observation result, we confirm the support parameter that live used finally, namely the space between anchor support rows and the length of anchor under the leading pressure. The effective length is the remaining part of 2. 2m long anchor deducted the 0.1m long exposure part, the space between the anchors rows is 1. 75 multiply 0.8m.
