The mainly coal-bearing strata of Bijie city is Upper Permian Longtan Formation, in many mines the immediate roof and immediate floor contain the thin mudstone, and the main roof and main floor contain more siltstone, and the geological conditions are similar to mine A which is in the area of Qianxi country town. This paper is based on the frequently immediate roof in Bijie city in recent years and is rely on the successful experiences in the reform of mining gateway supporting system of mine A in Qianxi country town area. Under the foundation of mine A’s sufficient supporting reform comparison and current bolt net support to put forward that bolt net support is better than shed ding support, according to statistics of spot main roof separation monitoring, and analysis that the supporting system is reasonable. Under this basis, using the computer software of FLAC3 D to numerical simulation the former melt shed support system and analysis the displacement of surround rock stress and roadway, and by the means of adjusting the row & line space and quantity and length to make out the most sufficient bolt shed supporting method.According to the engineering practice of roadway support reform of mine A, the bolt net support is obvious sufficiently than the shed ding support. As for the roof government, which can save RMB 600,000 fees for roadway maintaining. In terms of the velocity of the roadway tunneling, it can save more about 500 meter on the engineering. Meanwhile on the safety, which can efficiently control the deformation of the roadway, and during the period on the tunneling and mining the roof falling and rib spalling accident nerve occur.On account of the statistic analysis of main roof abscission layer of mine A’ mining roadway, which analysis that the supporting parameters is relatively reasonably, which can effectively control the deformation and curb the roof fall and rib spalling of the roadway.Applying of the computer software of FLAC3 D to numerical simulation on the bolt supporting of mine A’s 1903 conveyance road, which can be summarized that the roadway deformation of former supporting are on the safety category. By adjusting the row & line space and quantity and using software of FLAC3 D to numerical simulation thus to make out the optimal supporting scheme. After optimizing the roadway supporting on the roof, left rib and right rib and others the effect is obviously superior.Bijie city is a major coal producer and a powerful industrial city, which plays an important role in coal enterprise recent years, while according to the statistics, about one third mines use bolt net to supporting the roadway among Bijie city area. Practice shows that the effect of bolt net supporting is better and the roof accident is nearly to zero after using this method in coal mines. To curb the roof caving and rib spalling accidents and to assure the life property safety of staffs, thus to achieve the mines of Bijie city develop high yield, efficiency and health. So it’s vital for mines to extension the bolt net on mines.
