In our country , coal mines uses generally mining of spanning entry for the entry maintenance .Compares with the retention pillars , The mining of spanning entry although has the temporary influence to its lower part entry , but after mining of spanning entry the entry namely to be in the release of pressure area , is advantageous in entry long-tern stability .For recovering the coal above the -650 level main entry and main return airway in west of Wen Nan coal mine and achieving the entry long-term stability , this article bases the existing entry maintenance conditions and geological conditions , obtains the material mining of spanning entry project , reinforcement project and corresponding technique measure through the computer simulation and the theoretical analysis , to assure the well-balanced construction and the construction security.
