Mining depth of Ting Nan Coal Mine is quite large,and the surface of the loess plateau is covered by ravines.In the overlying rock,the sandstone of the Luohe formation is common in the overlying about 200m,and the thick loess layer is covered with the surface,and the geological and mining conditions are special.There are a large number of villages in the area of the well field,which cause the large amount of coal pressure under the village,seriously affect the normal mining and continuity of the mine,and restrict the sustainable development of the mine.It is of great significance to study the law of surface movement and deformation in the mining of ting Nan Coal Mine.On the basis of the analysis of the geological and mining conditions,the results of the observation of the surface movement of the West Wing in a region are studied on the basis of the geological and mining conditions.The results show that the sandstone of the sandstone of Luohe formation has a control effect on the subsidence of the surface.Under the condition of extremely insufficient mining,the surface movement and deformation are very small,the subsidence rate is only 0.05,it will not cause damage to the surface building facilities,and the coal mining under the building can be carried out directly.When the mining degree is greater than the critical mining degree,the subsidence value of the surface is obviously increased,the mining width under the building should be controlled at(1/5?1/4)H Within.On the basis of the analysis of the geological and mining conditions and the distribution,structure and anti deformation ability of the surface buildings,combined with the application conditions of the mining methods under various buildings and the mining experience under the East Wing building,it is determined that the strip mining under the building is adopted.The probability density function method is applied to determine the width of strip mining in the range of 80?120m,and the width of strip coal pillar is between 90?130m.Using the theory of pressure arch and the theory of A.H.Wilson coal pillar,the stability of the strip coal pillar is calculated,and the calculation simulation of the mining scheme is carried out with the FLAC3D software,and the parameters of the strip mining are determined.The surface movement and deformation prediction of strip mining program is carried out.The results show that the surface subsidence of the protected building area is small,the maximum subsidence is not more than 350mm,the horizontal deformation is between-1.0mm?1.2mm,the maximum tilting deformation is within 1.5mm/m,and the maximum horizontal deformation and the tilting deformation are less than the fortification standards of the surface buildingsThe designed strip mining scheme meets the existing production technical conditions in the ting Nan Coal Mine,which can provide reference for the mining design under the village of the ting Nan Coal Mine,and has a certain reference value for the coal mining under the village of bin Chang mining area...
