| As the water resource shortage in the world is aggravated, the water pollution is worse and worse, and with the extension of operation cycle of the industrial production device day by day, the requisition for industrial water treatment technology is improving constantly, which promote the rapid development of the water treatment chemicals. With enhancement of environment protection consciousness of people, the study of new-type green scale inhibitor have become the focus competitively both at home and abroad. PASP is a kind of water treatment pharmaceutical which people found in recent years. Because of complete biodegradation, it belongs to the green chemicals. The research of PASP have already become the focus abroad, such countries as U.S.A. and Germany etc. have already built up some extensive production device that succeeded in operating in succession. But we only have a small amount of report at home, and only have small scope production, and the production cost is comparatively high too. POCA is a kind of water-solubility polymer. Its phosphorus content is lower than 3% generally and act in accord with green concept. It has already been produced in a large amount at home and the production cost is relatively low. This text's main experiment is around PASP and POCA. The main research contents are as follows: Adopting the static experiment method, the scale inhibition performance of PASP and POCA is studied. Both PASP and POCA belong to excellent calcium carbonate inhibitor, When scale inhibitor concentration is only several milligrams each liter or a dozen milligrams each liter, the scale inhibition rate can be more than 90%; With the increase of inhibitor concentration, the inhibition rate is also rise. When inhibitor concentration reaches a certain amount, the rate will be stable gradually; With the increase of experiment temperature,the inhibition rate can drop; With the increase of Ca2+ concentration in experiment solution, the inhibition rate can drop; PASP is to hinder scale formation by three ways such as coacervation and disperse function, crystal structure distortion function, or complexing function. POCA is to hinder scale formation also by three ways such as electrostatic function, crystal structure distortion function, or complexing function. Adopting certain experiment method, the compound of PASP and POCA is studied. The result shows that the optimal proportion of two inhibitor is worked out under different experiment conditions, so we develop a kind of new-type compound scale inhibitor; And the experimental result indicates, the cooperative effect is showed between PASP and POCA when experiment temperature is 30 degrees Centigrade, but the non-cooperative effect is showed between PASP and POCA when experiment temperature is 60 degrees Centigrade; The economical appraisal of compound scale inhibitor is also carried on. The result shows that the compound scale inhibitor can not only improve the independent element's scale inhibition performance, but reduce the cost.
