The influence factors of extraction temperature and cycle times on the extraction efficiency of ASE were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal extraction temperature and cycle times was 100°C and two times, respectively. The Soxhlet extraction (SE) and ASE were compared for the extraction of the trace PCBs in shellfish. The results showed that the efficiency of ASE was equivalent to SE for the seven PCBs(PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB153, PCB138 and PCB180). The average recoveries obtained by SE ranged from 99.4 % to 116.9% and by ASE ranged from 102.5 % to 114.1%. The studies indicated that ASE was a rapid and high efficiency method for PCBs extraction in shellfish.Secondly, the co-cleanup techniques of gel permeation chromatogram (GPC) and solid phase extraction(SPE) with Florisil column or C18 column were used to eliminate the fat and other impurities in seafood samples. The average recoveries of the co-cleanup technique by GPC and Florisil column ranged from 91.4% to 102.5%, by GPC and C18 column ranged from 80.5% to 100.3%. It demonstrated that the co-cleanup method of GPC and Florisil... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | PCBs, seafood, ASE, SE, GPC, SPE, GC-ECD, GC-MS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
