Media leaks caused by aging equipment, sealing technology occur frequently in oil refineries, leaked medium into the circulating water will cause deterioration of water quality, the uncontrolled growth of microorganisms, corrosion of equipment problems, and make a serious impact on the day-to-day production of the refineries. Most refining companies by increasing the proportion of supplementary water to reduce the concentration factors, slow the deterioration of water quality, but this way will waste a lot of water. Currently, most oil refining enterprises control the breeding of the phenomenon of biological slime, corrosion and fouling by adding sterilization corrosion and scale inhibitors in circulating cooling water. However, the sterilization corrosion and scale inhibitors can be effected due to leaked media in circulating cooling water. Therefore, the study on the effect of the leaked media on sterilization corrosion and scale inhibitors can provide more effective theoretical basis to control the water quality of the recycled water.The water quality of the circulating water was analysed due to the phenomenon of media leakage in refining enterprise, the effect of leaked media on the fungicides was learned by the study on the the physical and chemical characteristics of the biological slime and microbial diversity of the biological slime. The effect of leaked media on the using effect of pharmaceutical agent was investigated, the effect of sterilization, scale and corrosion inhibitor was investigated by changing the proportion of pharmaceutical agent in the condition of medium leakage, The experimental results show that:(1) The turbidity, COD, the content of petroleum hydrocarbons, total iron and zinc ions have obvious change In addition to the total hardness and the content of total phosphorus (2) The content of bio-slime biomass, polysaccharide, protein, EPS and lipid phosphorus have obvious change with the change of diesel dosage. The results combined SEM can be drawn, the leaked medium made the inhibitory effec on biological slime with oil dosage of0.1g/L,0.2g/L,0.3g/L,0.5g/L, the leaked medium made the promoting effect on biological slime with oil dosage of0.7g/L,0.9g/L, which which provide a more effective theoretical basis for refining enterprises to selecte fungicides.(3) By the analysis of polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE), the structure was more complex, the thickness was smaller, and the advantage strains were more porosity under diesel dosage of0.3g/L than without adding diesel, instead structure was less complex, the thickness was more, and the advantage strains were less porosity under diesel dosage of0.9g/L.(4) Leaked media will reduce sterilization, corrosion and scale inhibition effect of compounding pharmacy bactericidal bactericidal effect of pharmaceutical agent, the sterilization effect first decreases and then increases with the increase of the leaked medium, the sterilization effect can be enhanced with increasing the dosage of the fungicide. The inhibition rate had obvious downward trend with increasing diesel dosage under different complex pharmaceutical dosage, but there are significant differences in the scale inhibition rate of pharmaceutical agent, the corrosion rate and corrosion rate has the same trend with increasing diesel dosage under different complex pharmaceutical dosage. Different compounding pharmacy with the diesel dosage changes, the corrosion rate and corrosion rate has the same trend.
