| This paper researched the conveying silk and cigarette course of machine automatic quantitative mending wind system of most routine in cigar mill at present, and analyzed quantitatively sucking silk and mending wind of every unit. We found that sucking silk of even' unit was asynchronism and inconsistent, and machine automatic quantitative mending wind system existed the waste of energy sources, which was due to the numbers and times of the opening of unit's wind valve were too many. So we reduced maximumly the numbers and times of the opening of unit's wind valve and the total wind quantities, which was based on conveying silk quantities of single pipe more than consumption of units and enough cigar silk during the operation of the units. Then, we saved the operating cost greatly and decreased the total installed capacity of the system, offered sufficient wind-force and improved the index of winning bid. The research provided the total wind quantities of three units for the system aiming at five units, that is, the total wind quantities of three units apply in five units. Therefore, we put forward the sectional logic control algorithm and relevant mathematics models, named it "compounding mending wind" pneumatic cigar silk system.To the concrete mathematics model, the research matched the corresponding control components to the whole system, including the main station, the sub station , man-machine control interphase and the control network. The command of the mending wind valve and sucking silk valve of the whole unit was managed by the main station. The sub station gathered the start signal, asking for sucking silk signal, sucking silk signal and mending wind signal of every unit and transmitted the data to the main station.
