Study On The Performance Of Compatibility And Antipollution Of Watertreatment Reagent In Petrochemical Industry

The literature of development of watertreatment reagent and the factors of the performance influnced were reviewed. The antioxidation of hydroxyethylidenedi-phosphonic acid(HEDP) and 2-phosphonobutane-l,2,4-tricarboxy-lic acid(PBTCA) in different concentrate ratio of Nanjing tap water were studied by spectrometer,static antiscale test,also the compatibility of HEDP and PBTCA with 1227, MQA, glutaric dialdehyde and isothiazolin-one. The effect of ammonia solution, ethandiol and glycerine on scale and corrosion inhibition of HEDP by air blast method,polarization curves technology, also the inhibition of orgnical phosphate and polymers in the water of different [Ca²⁺]/[HCO₃^-] on CaCO₃. It was found that:(1) The decomposition of HEDP and PBTCA increased with the concentration of NaOCl,and became highest when the concentration of NaOCl was reached at 1.0mg/L.(2) The decomposition of HEDP and PBTCA increased with the concentration of themselves,and became highest when their concentration was reached at 10mg/L.(3) The following of the effect of some nonoxidation biocide on orgnic phosphonate was: MQA>1227>TS781,and glutaric dialdehyde and isothiazolin-one have no influnce on orgnic phosphonate.(4) The degree of influnce of nonoxidation biocide on orgnic phosphonate was distinct in different water condition.( 5 ) The scale inhibition of HEDP have abviously inprovment with the concentration of ammonia solution and ethandiol,and decreased or gentled when their concentration increased higher.(6) The corrosion rate of carbon steel have reduced by the ammonia solution and glycerine, and have accelerate by ethandiol(7) The scale inhibition of ATMP and PAA inproved with the inprovement of [Ca2+] and the decreasement of [HCO3"] when [Ca2+]/[HCC>3"] in water was above one,and the the rate of increase of PAA was higher than ATMP, but the result was opposite when [Ca2+] was bellow 800mg/L.(8 )The scale inhibition of ATMP and PAA inproved with the inprovement of [HCO3"] and the decreasement of [Ca +] when [Ca2+]/[HCO3"] in water was bellow one,and the the rate of increase of ATMP was higher than PAA.
