The Synthesis Of The Five-membered Heterocyclic Compounds

In this thesis, 3-alkylthio-1,2,4-triazoles ( 7~8 ) and 3-anilino-thiazoles ( 9~10, 12~13 ) were prepared by the reaction of 1-aroyl-3-phenylthiosemicarbazide ( 2a~2f ) with α-halogenated ketones; At the meantime, dialkylthio-bi-1,2,4-triazoles ( 15a~15f ) were generated under microwave irradiation; Interestingly, 3-alkylthio-1,2,4-triazoles ( 4 ) or 1,3,4-thiadiazoles ( 5 ) were obtained by the reaction of 1-aroyl-3-phenylthiosemicarbazides and dichloromethane, the products are dependent on the structure of thiosemicarbazides, this new reaction is the first report based on our knowledge. All mechanisms of the reactions were proposed and all the structures of compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR, HRMS spectra and X-ray analysis.
