This thesis aims at the synthesis of dibenzalacetone and its thiosemicarbazide schiffs base, amino thiazole derivatives, the main research contents are as follows:1. The structure, activity, application and synthetic methods of dibenzalacetone thiosemicarbazide schiff s base, amino thiazole derivatives were briefly viewed.2. The synthesis of dibenzalacetone were studied.10kinds of substituted dibenzalacetone were synthesized with substituted benzaldehyde and acetone as raw materials, in alkaline NaOH-alcohol and water, at room temperature, under mild conditions. And by controlling the feeding ratio and the changing the process, a facil synthesis of asymmetric dibenzalacetone were explored in one simple step. All the structures were characterized by IR, MS, NMR techniques.3.10dibenzalacetone were condensed with thiosemicarbazide at the presence of poly phosphoric acid (PPA) catalysis to give dibenzalacetone-thiosemicarbazide schiff base derivatives with higher yield. This synthetic strategy compared with traditional method has advantages of high yield, elevating reaction rate and simple work-up procedure. All the structures were characterized by IR, MS, NMR techniques.4. The dibenzalacetone amino phenyl thiazole derivatives were synthezed from dibenzalacetone-thiosemicarbazide schiffs base and phenacyl bromide, and the structure was characterized by IR, MS, NMR techniques.
