The billet design of plate according to rolling, it can decrase the non-quality goodsabout 7 percent in "single fix ruler plate", improve the useful rate about 1.25 percent in"mix-rolling plate"and about 0.46 percent in "double fix ruler plate"in the thesis.2.It can get the economic and technic target of production of team every day, arrangeproduction plan in reasonable and examine the production team.3.Design of optimize deformation rule in this research almost including all of thetechnology in medium plate rolling, theory relation practice is it's specialty and high usefulrate and dimension precision and good property and low power and fast production is it'starget in rolling. Practice shows that the rule achieves the intention of "more, quickly, welland save"in plate production. For example, if take specification as 16MnR to arrangeproductin can improve the production efficiency about 15.37 per in the thesis.4. Through the research on recrystallization disciplinarian in 16MnR of medium plate,the results are agreed well with measurement value. It shows that it is feasible wheninvestigative model is used in plate continuous product line. Through the computersimulation and prediction of changed structure field and on property controlled-coolingaustenite show that the resul are basically agreed with the measurement result throughmetallurgical micro-observation. 5. The influence of remnant strain because of not enough austenite recrystallization onrolling load is considered in computing of rolling force in plate, it can obviously improvethe predicting precise. The predicted thickness of work piece is also accorded with themeasurement value using the force result.
