Nowadays the mankind is facing the crisis of energy in short, ICF is the effective way of solving this kind of situation. As the driver of the Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), there are a lot of large aperture optical components in the high power solid-state laser. To ensure the safe function, the fabrication quality of the components is a key problem, and the high quality of the components is also the precondition of the high quality laser beam, so there is great economic value in the conponent fabrication of high quality. In this dissertation, the use of computer controlled polishing for large aperture optical componnents has been studied. Here are the results:1. In this dissertation, it has done certain the investigation and research of the computer controlled polishing, and maked the summary of computer controlled polishing in present;2. The principle of polishing optical glass has been studied. For polishing process, mechanical effect is essential, chemical effect is important, orheological effect does exist. In fact, the remove of the polsihing is the result of the three effects. Then the theory of computer controlled polishing has been studied, and the removal function of material and the dwell time function have been analyzed and been reasoned too.3. This thesis has introduced the structure of AD-1000 lathe and the principle and checkout equipment, it makes preparation for testing and studying further.4. Under the situation of the edging, supposing pressure of work piece belongs to linear distribution, the pressure under different edging situations is analyzed, and the result is that the edging distribution can't exceed 1/4 of the diameter value of the polishing pan in the pressures of the assumption, otherwise the material is notthe result is that the edging distribution can't exceed 1/4 of the diameter value of the polishing pan in the pressures of the assumption, otherwise the material is not wiped off, but increased. This kind of result has certain guidance functions to the real processing course. According to Preston equation, considering polishing liquid density to coefficient K influence mainly, experiment has been done to K, and the range roughly of coefficient of K is obtained under the present condition, it makes the essential preparation for the following polishing simulation of numerical control of computer.5. The establishment of the numerical control software. Because the primitive software of the equipment uses the trouble, it is unfavorable to the study and use of the new hand , and the precision is not high, considering some parameters synthetically, for instance: pressure, rotational speed, polishing a routes moved, such parameters as the polishing one is either big or small, eccentricity. Proved by the experiment, the result of the P-V deviation of the simulation will not exceed 15%, and according to the concrete situation of shape of face of work piece, it can carry on numerous simulation and process actually, then measure actually, so it can reduce the times of measure, lower costs, save time, and be more efficient. The research of the computer numerical control polishing makes us better understand the law of the processing course of numerical control, and increases the practical experience. It has done certain preparation in order to obtain the optics component with high-efficiency and high accuracy. However, the optics processing course is a complicated course, there are a lot of influencing factors and uncertain factors in the course of getting up, if you want to make sure that the optics component with high-efficiency and high accuracy is processed , still await further work and a large number of experiment research.
