All the time, people are very concerned about the question of corrosion, and with the development of human society, the pipeline has already become the indispensable assistant in people' s lives, and the pipeline anti-corrosion has become the most important question of the corrosion research field too. Up until now, domestic and international scientific workers have done a large number of research and technological innovation. Among them, the antiseptic layer of three-ply layers of structure is the most advanced antiseptic structure in the world at present, adopted extensively. Our country adopts this system in large-scale projects too, such as " transportation of natural gas from the western to the eastern regions " ,etc. The structure is composed of FBE,midst adhesives and PE,PP. And the performance of midst adhesives determine the performance of Three-ply system directly. This text prepare the midst adhesives with high density polyethylene grafting maleic anhydride with solution method in laboratory. Is it have polyethylene of polarity connect piece contain -OH polarity functional group modify the polymer originally to make. And through orthogonal designation , the optimum condition is found and the influence of reaction time and temperature, the using amount of PE, MAH, initiator, quinol, solvent on the grafting degree is discussed. And it has improved on this basis. In addition, the adhesion strength of PE-g-MAH and different factors of adhesion strength are discussed. The innovation of this thesis is clicked: Orthogonal designation method in the experiment ; Connect a piece of copolymerization to perfect and innovate to the solution law.
