With the enhancement of environmental consciousness, the administration of the water pollution and regeneration of the solid offal is the focal point of present environmental protection. It is the new thought that studies of the environmental improvement subject at present "managing waster by waster, turning waste into wealth". Recycle the solid offal scientifically, then apply its achievement to the administration of the water pollution, there are a social benefit and economic benefits, and have important environmental meanings even more. In recent years, the flocculant having played an important role, while handling in industry, sanitary sewage disposal and sediment. Its function will show even more outstandingly in the future.This subject is on the basis of a detail investigation of present utilization and recovery of pyrite cinder, and taking pyrite cinder from the Jinshandian vitriol factory of Wuhan Steel and Mining Industry Corporation as raw material. FeSO4 is produced by adopting baking of pyrite cinder and vitriol lixiviation, and introducing the new high price ion during the course of making Poly ferric Sulphate to make Iron-modified flocculants. The Iron-modified flocculants having better and innocuous performance is made by adopting the best scheme of modifying, in order to improve the comprehensive use of pyrite cinder.Reduced under certain condition and soaked in the acid, FeSO4 can made by cinder, regulating its pH and heating and mixing with entering O2, then being oxidized and catalyzed by adding proper and nonpoisonous catalyst, the PFS will be made by hydrolysis and together. In catalysis, in order to dispel the toxic issue of the catalyst and obtaining the advance and rationality of produce procedure adopted the nonpoisonous catalyst CH-2 to make PFS, which can expand the range of application of PFS and offer more effectively utilization in pyrite cinder for technical support and theoretical foundation.Based on the PFS by oneself, PPFS will be made by introduced PO43- and PFSS be made by semi-manufactured goods of PSi under certain condition. Through a series of form factor experiments, the best process condition is decided by basing the results of getting rid of turbid. Then the best flocculant condition is also decidedthrough the experiment in modifying flocculant and comparing with PFS. Finally, the flocculant went on to experiment on excepting turbid and COD of the pharmacy waste water from the MaYinglong pharmaceutical factory and excepting turbid of the low turbid oil waste water. The result indicates that the effect of the PPFS and PFSS is much more than the PFS.Species distribution of PPFS and PFSS were probed by some techniques such as ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and infared spectrum method.Finding in subject, the composite polymerric ferric sulfate flocculant made by pyrite cinder under certain modifying has the theory and reality meaning not only the waste collection and reusing but the better flocculant exploitation.
