This topic combines Western Region Mineral Industry Joint-stock Company entrusting of actual research item, with BaiYin's pyrite cinders for main raw material, making inorganic polymer flocculant PFS that take high affixture to be worth of , and put great emphasis on to develop the research of the new craft of sour dissolving. This experiment adopts the craft of mixed acid dissolving, part revivification, the part oxidize polymeric to produce polymeric ferric sulfate, and make sure the best craft condition of each stage. The best technology condition of the mixed acid dissolving is:The coefficient of the adding sulfuric acid is 0.90-0.95, the sulfuric acid concentration is 65-70%, reaction temperature 130-150℃,the coefficient of adding 37% hydrochloric acid is 0.11, reaction time 3-4 h;The best craft condition of part revivificationses under the microwave is:reaction temperature 90℃, reaction time 45 minutes, the liquid is the solid with a ratio is 8:1;The best craft condition of oxidizing polymerized under microwave:the pH is 0.7-1.1, Fe2+ content is 20-40%, reaction temperature is 40-50℃,reaction time is 20-30 minutes. Examine the product quality of the PFS, obtaining good result. The polymerized ferric sulfate product is red brown and glue dense form liquid, dissolve easily into the water;At 20℃, density measured is 1.40 g/mL,the glue degree is 11.9 mPa-s;The total iron content in the product is 141.9 g/L, the basicity is 12.80%, the pH is 1.8.
