Coal as our country's primary energy sources has a long time. But utilize of our coal is still in a reasonless industry structure that simplify develop coal production and don't care about synthetically utilize, it result in our country's unit production value energy sources consume is three-four times of development country. It is obvious that our country's coal utilize efficiency is low. So it is a necessary choice for actualizing our country continuing development stratagem to find energy sources utilize system which is resource resume lowly, energy sources transform efficiency high, and loss little.Gas, heat and electricity multi-product system is a kind of high energy sources transform efficiency energy sources system. First system makes coal partially gasification, the volatile of coal transform to gas. When coal transform efficiency is stead, then put the remnant production-semi-coke into CFB to burn. The steam from boiler can use for turbine to generate electricity and supply heat. There isn't a unitive criterion to estimate energy utilize situation of multi-product system, so this paper use the energy available coefficient ^ as a guideline for estimating a multi-product system. In addition, this paper also studies on the following aspects.(1) This paper emphasis on analyzing the part of coal gasification and boiler burning, the analysis of process of gas and heat co-product. Thermal model and mathematical model for gas and heat co-product system are established, and a soft ware is exploited to analyze the performance of gas and heat co-product system. The conditions of output and heat value of gas and semi-coke and gas production efficiency, pyrogenation efficiency are discussed considering different pyrogenation temperature and coal. When other parameter is given, with numerical computation, it analyzes general energy and energy available coefficient change conditions of heat and gas co-product system in different pyrogenation temperature, different gas output and different boiler load.(2) Premise supply enough heat and gas, the system should generate as more electricity as possible to exert holistic economy benefit of project. Based on heat load, the paper compares two plans thermal economic of turbines unit, at last choose two 130t/h heat and gas co-product equipment and two C25-8.83/0.981 high press extraction and coagulation steam turbines as equipment plan. And concretely perform mode of unit is given.(3) analyzed the gas and heat co-product system and choose appropriate turbines unit are presented and finish a suit of gas heat and electricity multi-product system. With exergy analysis, the paper analyze the energy of multi-product system, and educe the system big part of energy loss.find week part of energy utilize. Compare exergy loss efficiency of multi-product system with heat electricity co-product system. The result shows that, the exergy efficiency of multi-product is higher than heat electricity co-product system, and the exergy loss efficiency is lower than heat electricity co-product system. So multi-product system is less energy loss and better energy utilize.
