In this paper, a magnetically pump-ebulliometer was used for measuring the isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data, which also can be used to determine the data of the mixture liquid there are complex chemical reactions. The pressure, undulating within 10Pa, was steadily controlled by a set of automation. The equilibrium temperature was measured by a calibrated thermometer with an accuracy of 0.1 ℃.At 101.325kPa, the boiling points of six binary systems: methyldichlorosilane-methyltrichlorosilane,methyldichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane, methyldichlorosilane-benzene, methyltrichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane, methyltrichlorosilane-benzene and dimethyldichlorosilane-benzene; three ternary systems: methyldichlorosilane-methyltrichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane, methyldichlorosilane-methyltrichlorosilane-benzene, methyldichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane-benzene and methyltrichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane-benzene; one quaternary system: methyldichlorosilane-methyltrichlorosilane-dimethyldichlorosilane-benzene were determined in the different liquid phase compositions with this apparatus. With the Q function of molar excess Gibbs energy, the vapor phase compositions of the six binary systems were calculated from Tpx by the indirect method, then the VLE data of the six binary systems were respectively correlated with Margules, van Laar, Wilson and NRTL equations, which acquire the optimum model parameters of liquid activity coefficient. The Wilson optimum model parameters of liquid activity coefficient were correlated by the least square method. With the use of Wilson equation and correlated Wilson optimum model parameters of the binary systems, the VLE data of the three ternary systems and the quaternary system were predicted. The predicted bubble-point temperatures were in good agreement with the experimental results.
