Hydrometallurgy technology method for leaching Zinc sulfide ores was systematically studied in this paper. Anticipative targets of electricity catalysis for leaching Zinc sulfide ores were triumphantly actualized. In Zinc leaching solution, Iron(III) ion and compond target metal cation were deposited. Element sulfur and silver could be effectively reclaimed from leaching residue.Utilized Low-voltage direct current for adscititious energy , Iron (III) ion and sulfide ion could prosecute oxidation reaction on anode, and hydrogen ion in the solution could prosecute deoxidize reaction on cathode releasing hydrogen Then electricity catalysis for leaching Zinc sulfide ores could be carried out .Electricity catalysis for leaching Zinc sulfide mineral reasonable technology condition is: Stirring speed 400rpm; trough voltage 2~4V; calcium chloride solution concentration lmol.L~-1;surface active reagent concentration 0.2g.L~-1 ;leaching time 4 hours, iron(III) ion concentration 0.20mol.L~-1;When hydrochloric acid was choosed as impregnant, leaching temperature 363K; hydrochloric acid concentration 2.0mol.L~-1 were perfect exterior qualification. On this condition, Zinc sulfide mineral leaching rate could attain above 96%.Accorded with present-day development orientation of innocuous production, the technology method of electricity catalysis for leaching Zinc sulfide mineral has visualized definite advanced character, and this promising method could be expected for fruitfully leaching sulfide ores in the interest of industrial value.
